How do I make an order?
To make an order, please select the designs and click "Add to Cart". Once you are ready to checkout, click on the Cart and select checkout. Confirm your order and qty and fill up your personal details to submit the order. You will receive an email from us.
How do I collect the item?
There are 2 modes of collection
- Self collection through meet-up
- Mailing (normal postage or courier door step delivery with tracking ID)
If I opt for delivery, is it safe and secured?
The mug(s) are packed in styrofoam packaging specially moulded for mugs with a box. We will also provide mailing proof that the mug(s) are shipped out. However, we are not responsible for lost mail in the case of normal mailing.
How much is the delivery fee?
For normal mailing, we are unable to advise the delivery fees as it is based on weight. For courier doorstep delivery within Singapore is $4.50 flat rate at the moment. You will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days after we dispatch to courier. Local express service is available at an additional charge.
